Coming back here to edit my review - dropping from 5 stars to only ⭐⭐. Great card when all things go well horrible app when there's the smallest problem. In app chat bot is useless, keeps you in circles and never escalates the issue to an actual human agent. At one point it gave me a number to call - All the call center options led to an automated system that either collects payments or changes payment settings. Anything else sends you a link via text, back to the in-app chatbot 🤦. No humans🤖

Hi Zable, I havent been able to acess my app for two weeks now. because of this I have missed payment dates. The app all of a sudden no longer opens on my samsung phone. You can't pay into it via desktop. You can't pay into it at the post office. It is not working. I have called your helpline so many times. it automates and tells me to send a message in my app. However my app isn't working. This is impacting my credit report.

Quick sign up process, started using the app to purchase things as soon as I was fully signed up . Easy to use app where you can adjust the date in the month you pay off your balance. Linking your current account to the credit card app makes payments simple.
