Worst app and worst service by CP Plus. I am not able to access the system over mobile network at all. Every time I try to log in, the app shows the error “EE_ACCOUNT_JSON_DATA_FORMAT_VERIFICATION_FAILED.” Nothing works on mobile data, and there is no proper support or fix from the team. Extremely disappointing experience.

This is the most unreliable cctv app out there! Works when it wants, and doesn't work when it's not in the mood! Now our camera system is working perfectly fine on our smart tv, but somehow this App (both on iOS and Android) decided to stop working all of a sudden. Giving either "Network error" or "Device is offline" (and it's not !!!) PLEASE FIX ! A thing like cctv is a security issue, and should not be taken lightly!

I am not recieving real time motion detection notifications, I have tried all the troubleshooting which the customer care provided me with but the problem didn't resolve. The app really needs to update frequently so as to fix these issues. I request everyone to think twice before buying a cp plus device because they don't provide proper software support for their devices.
