Dear Easypaisa Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I am a registered Easypaisa Retailer (eAgent), and I would like to raise a concern regarding the login process of the eAgent application. Currently, it seems that the registered SIM must be inserted in the mobile phone in order to log in to the app. Due to certain reasons, it is not always possible for me to keep the registered SIM in the same device. Therefore, I would like to request if there is any alternative way to log in to the app

Everytime required OTP to login mostly shop keepers use Keypad mobile for load and App in other personal mobile is not good or otp should not auto fetch we can enter manually like Apollo, moreover After update bill payment function not working good, after payment one bill app return to home page again and again we need to enter all details Mobile number user id password again and again Wich is Time waisting. ussd still time savings, please resolve issue. previous version was good. still useless.
