I'm so disappointed about this app. I recently downloaded this app and tried it for the 1st time to deliver my partner food. I've clearly stated on the order the exact location and the person who will receive it. I don't know if it was given to another person or It was a scam, but she have not receive anything since yesterday. I couldn't even do anything since I've already paid for the food and the costumer service have no use for solving the issue. I couldn't even have a refund for my expenses.

SCAM APP (PANDAPRO), they will give it to you as a trial but will not tell you it will auto re-new without any notification. Yeah it was just 50pesos not that much it's the honesty and integrity that matters, one of the worst customer service they will keep on transferring you to someone who can't do anything, worst is they will slap the terms and conditions in your face like you don't know how to read and understand. LOL

The rider cancelled my order though I already paid using the wallet, contacted the customer service and they told me that I initiated the cancellation which is not! And they didn't refunded my money! I went to the restaurant and told them what happened, no one can resolved the issue. My money was gone and I don't have my food!
