Every time I try to use the live preview feature, it says 'connection failed, device not connected.' The only way I can get it to work is by completely uninstalling the app, reinstalling it, and then reconnecting my device. However, as soon as I close the app and open it again, the same connection error returns. This issue makes the app unreliable and difficult to use.

This updated version of the app is not at all working properly... It is not at all user friendly, keeps on showing " connection failed"even when it's connected to hi speed net.... Cannot check or playback,as it is always stuck at some previous date when I had opened the app ....no use to delete and to reinstall as same issue prevails.

I’ve been using the GC CCTV mobile app for the past month, and it has been very reliable. The live view works smoothly without interruptions, and I can easily check my cameras anytime from anywhere. The app is simple to use and gives me peace of mind knowing I can monitor everything without hassle. Really happy with the performance so far!🙏✨
