Absolute rubbish since the recent "update"! Can we please have the previous version back? What's the point of an App that you now have to log into everytime you open it!? How is that progress? That is when it doesn't freeze and you can't even access the log in screen anyway. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it", only it wasn't broke, you just broke it. Android user. Please sort it out or I'm back to O2.

It never remembers your details, there's no widget and it has, constant page not found errors. Also you need data or WiFi to buy a new goodybag or credit. Which you'd think they would have something set up so you could have free access for. Obviously not. This app is not a reflection of giffgaff as a whole, which are generally incredibly affordable and possess a reliable network, which is the only reason the app has more than 1 star.

Lost my old phone, can't delete my old account, still taking my money every month, and I can't cancel it, I also tried deactivating the account and that hasn't worked. Had to make a new email address up. Just to log in on my new number on the app. I'm deaf and it can be awkward trying to top up, so I rely on the app to top up, I've lost out on at least 3x £35 goody bags, due to not hearing properly
