Finally an app that allowed me to pay my overdue taxes since I've literally tried everywhere else on the net and my only option left was to go to the places themselves which I avoid due to social anxiety, inability to wait in line and laziness in general. Working with the app is fast intuitive and easy and confirming your identity takes less than a day. Bulgaria can close its electronic government and rely on iCard instead.

A very clean, simple and secure app. They literally thought, let's create a digital wallet, no messing about with features in the way when I need to pay for something. Updated to 3 stars for a few of reasons but mainly: Transferring money bank to bank in the UK is free and simple, Transferring to icard is a foreign account, Lloyds charge £10 for this to or the euro conversion. I sent £10, £9.45 arrived in my account. So if I ever send money to icard it will cost me money to do so.

The UK account is not a real one.. No account number or sort code.. Instead you have Iban and swift number.. So can't use in UK.. USA account cant receive dollars (make it make sense).. So not really useful at all.. I don't understand the point of this app.. Considering the painful and lengthy verification process.. I wouldn't have bothered if I knew that.
