iSolarCloud provides operational analysis and mobile operation and maintenance services for plants, which is an extension of Web's functions.Services provided mainly are: plant connection, remote parameter configuration, WLAN configuration, fault management, alarm reporting push, device monitoring, knowledge repository, etc.;

Ratings and reviews

At best this app is flaky. Updates are slow and seldom work when you do a refresh. The PC version is always up to date but after installing a second battery stack, the PC version and the phone app never ever give the same reading and vary by 5%+. I'm passed having to constantly restart this app in order to find out the status of my batteries.

About 30% of the time you can't start the vehicle charger for some reason, and rebooting the charger helps. Also goes offline inexplicably, and sometimes the real-time data displayed is not actually the current data. Overall poor quality software both in the device firmware and the mobile app.

I've generally had a good experience with the iSolarCloud app, but over the past few days, performance has noticeably declined. The app has become very slow to load, and navigating through usage history is now quite laggy. I've also encountered several authentication issues, which weren't a problem before. Hoping this is just a temporary glitch, as the platform is normally quite reliable.
