Ratings and reviews

The app's user experience needs a lot of work, it is slow and takes a while to load most things. It has bad notification categories, you either turn off ALL notifications, or you have to live with a bunch of spam notifications. Also, probably due to some bad security implementation, they don't allow developer mode to be on, and I have to turn it off every time I launch the app, quite frustrating. In spite of all that, though, neo do have excellent customer service, and very well trained staff.

Does not allow you to open the app if your phone is on Developer Mode. I have never seen this behavior before. I am software developer and my phone is always on developer mode. Anytime I need to open Neo I need to restart my phone because of this.

Please remove the developer mode restriction. As an app developer it's very annoying that I need to turn it off to access my banking app. Especially since the device I use requires a restart to switch developer modes, you can imagine the frustration that this causes me every day.
