With the free “one” App, you have perfect control over your cards – it’s easy, secure and convenient.

Requirements:
To use “one” App and the related services of Viseca Payment Services SA, you must own a credit card, prepaid card or business card from Viseca Payment Services SA. You must also have a “one” user account (register at https://one.viseca.ch) and accept the Conditions for the use of “one”.

Activation and login:
To register you will need a valid registration code, which can be requested at https://one.viseca.ch and will be sent to you by post.

Security:
“one” App gives you the very highest level of security. Nevertheless, it is still essential that you use your smartphone with care, take appropriate security measures and carefully check the confirmation requests you receive through “one” App. Your due care and reporting responsibilities are specified in the Conditions for the use of “one”. Ratings and reviews

After changing cellphones to a Pixel 6, I don't seem to be able to login anymore. Every time I try to log-in I get an error message saying "A technical error has occurred. Please try again later". I know my password is fine because I'm able to log-in in their webpage, and in their webpage they're not providing any way of contacting them digitally (just phones) -- which is annoying.

This app is horrible. I want to be notified when I use my card. Most of the time notifications don't work. Today, the puchases did not even appear in the app either!! Hopeless. I've contacted support multiple times regarding the notifications. They fix it and a week later... the same problem!!!

since half of year to login it typically takes 15-30 minutes or about 20 login attempts. as for Swiss Bank system it might be faster. But as a good side sometimes it allows you to make a payment.

More transparency and control over digital payments – Under “Wallets and online merchants”, the “one” app now shows you all devices and merchants with digitally stored cards. You can conveniently make changes such as disabling, reactivating, or deleting directly in the app.
