When I try to reset my password, I get an email that says there's no account with that email. When I try to register, it says there's already an account with that email. It's an endless loop. I installed this app when it launched and it was always stuck at the verification stage. I remember calling many times back then, trying to get it unstuck. I got sick of it and left it. Now I tried again, assuming they must have fixed it, but it's the endless loop.

I use it only to pay my Cosmote NEO and get the extra GB of data. The app is slow compared to others that I use more often (e. g. Revolut) and cranky. My last experience was asking for my pin, I typed the pin, I've gotten an error 5 times, I clicked "forgot pin" and went for a pin reset. When I typed the same pin that was "wrong" I've got a message not to use the same pin as the last one 🫠. Also in the pin ui if you accidentally close the keyboard... good luck. Feels like there is no QA testin

I have been using the app for quite some time now. If you ever need user support, good luck and don't try to contact them, the employees reply with copy-paste answers and typically blame everyone else (e.g., other banks) instead of trying to actually help even when you prove to them that the problem is on their side. Overall it is nowhere near other similar services like Revolut. Obviously the best feature is the cashback mechanism. The minus 3 stars are for the "user support".
