The app is good when it works, but like all alrajhi services, sometimes they stop working without any reasons. Sometimes, login service becomes unavailable, and consequently, it removes the device from the linked account, which means you need to wait until the service is up again and re-add your account 😱 Update: Customer Service is the worst. Rget can't help by any means.

The service used to be very good, but unfortunately, for the third time in a row, the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. I had to wait more than 40 minutes on the phone before anyone answered, and even then, the issue was not resolved. If you cancel a transaction, your money is held for up to three days before being returned, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the mobile app constantly displays "Try Again Later" and fails to function properly w

I transferred 50 SAR from my UrPay account to a bank account last night. The amount has already been deducted from my UrPay wallet, but it has still not been received in the destination bank account. It has been many hours and I have not received any update or response from your side. Kindly check my transaction and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
