The app is good when it works, but like all alrajhi services, sometimes they stop working without any reasons. Sometimes, login service becomes unavailable, and consequently, it removes the device from the linked account, which means you need to wait until the service is up again and re-add your account 😱 Update: Customer Service is the worst. Rget can't help by any means.

it's a useful application for local transaction, However sometimes The quick login doesn't work I've experienced this few times, Now the app is charging fees for a debit card, which was previously free I prefer using this application only for local transactions. International transactions also now subject to fees, before almost everything was free, but now most services require charges. In my personal opinion it's good mainly for local transactions, Overall it's okay. ☺️

My experience has been so horrible within these few days. I am a new customer and I feels so disappointed to have choosen this App. since 3days now, I couldn't make international transfer, it has been saying service is not available, try again later. I couldn't activate a local beneficiary with Alharji bank, in order to send my money back to my bank. My money just got stucked on this App. What a total mess.😡😡😡😡😡 Since yesterday, my 5k Rials got stucked and not delivered to my international
