For last couple of years this app will only work occasionally, then you can not log in because of incorrect username or password, when both were the same when it was working. Trying to reset password was an exercise in futility. Customer support had a different "solution" every time you contacted them. Again sometimes it worked but most of the time it didn't. App is a complete zero. If you want to check your usage with CC you will simply have to call them and go through thier menu.

The app used to be fine, now it keeps telling me my password is incorrect. Although when I log in via the website it works. I even tried to reset the password, still the same issue. I even uninstalled then reinstalled the app, same problem. I'm happy with the service and cost for service, but the buggy app situation needs to be addressed and resolved.

The app used to be great But has gradually become useless. Suddenly it no longer automatically logs me in. It only works if I restart my phone. Now it won't work at all. Like others said, it doesn't recognize my login. This is new. Previously, it wouldn't work at all. Now my number shows but it says my password failed. I have no problem logging into the website from the internet with the same password. Their Tech suggested it was incompatible with phone apps but I have no new apps. Useless!
