This is the worst online bank that can exist, they have very bad customer service, they take 1 hour or more to answer your message in the application and not to mention when you call, because they never answer the damn phone. According to them, it takes 30 minutes to attend to you but it is a pure lie, since I opened my account with them I have only had bad experiences, I recommend yall MYBAMBU BANK instead of comunbank

So my account was hacked in somehow and some purchases were made that I did not do and they were not able to help me the said that they found no problem how is that possible if I live in El Paso not in New Mexico cruises where the transactions were made mylene Tell me that she found no errors that's b******* I lost so much money with this bank but I am happy with this gentleman Miguel will help me get the replacement of my card after asking like 10 people to send me a replacement thank you Migue

AVOID THIS BANK!!!! They shut my account down for no reason and took all my money! I only used this account once or twice a month for gas and that was it. They had no reason whatsoever to shut my account down. Customer service pretty much just tells me to f off. By far the worst bank I have ever used.
