Ratings and reviews

Terrible. Do not use this. I had a death in my immediate family and even though the hotel canceled the stay prior to stay 48 hours in advance and it's documented in their app, they are charging me the full amount. I've spent an hour plus calling and 10 plus emails back and forth. There's no humanity or customer service to be found. Save yourself 5 dollars and book direct. This has been a horrible experience.

I want to update my rate i use booking every month . sometimes 3-4 x a month . booking acts up sometimes. it will not go through so I'll get an email saying I can rebook or get the money back. i usually rebook and it works. a few times I got charged twice but it was resolved quickly. i love booking its easy fast and great to quickly book. i just wish it wasn't so glitchy at times but I gotta give 5 stars. it makes booking easy I'll never use another app

Id avoid using this 3rd party for bookings. called 3 times AI answered and hung up, when I asked for help with a booking that the hotel couldn't find. finally got a person an hour later. then they told me they couldn't refund me since I didn't stay at the hotel. they kept advising me to go back to the hotel. I'll stick to Expedia I've never had an issue on that platform.
