Virtually no customer service assistance, Misleading on deals and terms of sales. Waste of time, spent half an hour trying to connect with an agent, only to spend an hour to be told they do not handle bookings after the purchase, reached out to merchant and was told Groupon handles the booking. How disorganized and disconnected can the two parties be. Disappointed overall, not worth using for a couple dollars in savings. Will be Uninstalling.

This is a really easy and convenient app. I just signed up yesterday, and have already made two purchases. The selections are very diverse. I'm making lunch choices based on deals now. UPDATE: Though they allow for PayPal as a form of payment, when using PayPal to complete payments in the app, it starts an hours long loop of "processing" until it eventually fails. I still like the app, but if they don't allow for PayPal, then they should remove the option outright.

Unable to add/use my payment method. I keep getting an error message, and there is no option to chat with a live agent, no number to call, no way to contact Groupon to fix this issue at all! I've tried both in the app and the actual website. So very disappointed that this site I used to love has become completely unusable and not user-friendly. Will be deleting, since I've wasted too much time trying to order from them, only to have NO WAY to fix an issue. Don't waste your time too. 0 stars.
