Ratings and reviews

You're on your own of something goes wrong. I've used this app once to book a hotel, their resolution time is 48 hours, the days went by and none of their phone numbers or helplines work. If they respond they pacify you with "we'll get back to you". A hotel shifted my booking and cancelled it without my permission. They said it's an app glitch but neither hotel nor this app did a thing about it. Use other apps with better customer support, safety is a concern with this one.

Brought this phone last week, was supposed to have an extras package that included a screen saver and ear buds and charger. Am still waiting for the screen protector but the staff where not helpful in trying to get me a more affordable deal. But because I needed a phone because my S20fe was playing up, I just agreed to it. I am still waiting for the extras package as it wasn't available at that time. im not at all happy

Something went wrong on our end - try again. Login with mail address or Gmail, same result...unable to use this app. I have to correcr one thing, closing the app and reopening leads to auto login with my Gmail account. Still not able to switch to my former account with mail address login.
