App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

This app works ok most days but it's still annoying having the Nest app and Home app mixed up together. It would be nice to use one or the other. Also my Nest (battery) doorbell camera is blurry all the time like the bandwidth is cut in half. It's almost to the point of being useless because the recordings are blurry now also which leads me to believe it's the bandwidth or some setting I can't control since the lens is spotless. The other 3 cams I have typically are clear.

I decided to use an old model Chromecast recently for a non-smart tv to play Where the Winds Meet. It may even be first gen. Your app says it can't detect the device on the wifi network, okay, then how does it know the name I assigned to the device years ago on a different Google profile? The information is not linked in any way. You're lying and want me to buy a new device. I'm not going to. It clearly detects it, yet says it does not. That's so scummy, at least cover your tracks better.
