App not helpful. They keep saying we are having technical issues Can you ask someone to respond to my requests in the app? I am not sure if I can reveal my account details on Google reviews? App does not have a way of canceling my subscription and no one responded to my requests in the app for the past three days Chat from the app does not have a live user and keeps saying we are having technical issues. Try again later. Also you have limitation on the comment length. Hard to communicate

This is for the Dev team: My WiFi is malfunctioning and I need to check it. To check my Wifi's speed, to scan my WiFi, diagnose it, I need to switch on my wifi. If I switch it on and it is connected but with no internet. If there is no internet, the app won't work. How is this useful? Figure out a way to make the app offline or have a separate way of checking the wifi.

I have been using ACT for the past 5 years. Have had speed and connectivity issues but was getting resolved by the team. Nowadays I'm getting my internet at a very low speed and often interrupting connectivity. Neither the local service teams or the corporate team is working to resolve the issue. Very disappointing experience. on top with a sub par teams as the customer care representative attending the calls..!
