Wegen eines Fehlers in der Zalando-App wurde mir der Betrag abgebucht, ohne dass eine Bestellung erstellt wurde. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme und Zusendung aller verlangten Unterlagen wurde das Problem nicht gelöst. Am Ende wurde der Fall einfach geschlossen, ohne dass ich eine Rückerstattung erhalten habe!!!!!!! Ich habe schon viele E-Mails geschrieben, aber ich habe immer noch keine Rückerstattung erhalten!!!!!!!!!!!!!
