Ratings and reviews

For the most part, I have liked Robinhood, and the App seems smooth and easy to use, but you better not put yourself in a position where you need customer support for anything. It is torturous to get a hold of them and they often can't help you anyway, especially if the problem crosses to their gold credit card, too, because those companies must not talk to each other. I am likely to keep using them, but I may start refocusing more on my Fidelity and Schwab accounts again because--trust, really.

This app has more blocking pop-ups than a scam website from the 1990s, and they're nearly as useless. I'm considering switching brokers just to get some peace. Dear Robinhood: if I wanted to pay you a monthly fee to get a lower return on cash than my credit union gives me for free, I would have signed up one of the other 300+ times you stuck it in my face while I was trying to do something useful in the app.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! STAY AWAY!! If you want the full experience of trading and the ability to trade like everyone else then choose another broker. Robinhood doesn't allow you to trade options past a certain time. Institutional traders know this and wait until after the cut off time to move the market. I would rather pay more money, per option, to trade another 30 mins at the end of the day than to get screwed by Robinhood. Unfair practice and should be investigated by the SEC!!
