Valutazioni e recensioni

Dopo aver prenotato e pagato regolarmente alla struttura non risultava la prenotazione e siamo dovuti andare da un'altra parte. Il servizio clienti non funziona per niente dal momento che non si riesce a parlare con un operatore. Alla fine hanno risposto ai messaggi dicendo che la prenotazione non è rimborsabile, come se fosse stata colpa nostra. Veramente poco seri. Non usatela.

La app funziona male nella sezione chat con le strutture. I messaggi non vengono visualizzati correttamente e diventa estenuante scriverli. Ma perché non state attenti a questi dettagli ?? Inoltre il comando per condividere la prenotazione, difficilissimi da reperire quando dovrebbe essere di immediata evidenza, non funziona. Dovrebbe generare un pdf ma gira a vuoto.

È la seconda volta che booking mi annulla una prenotazione perché l'host decide di aumentare il prezzo! Credo sia sufficiente per dargli 1 stella L'App è fantastica, facile da usare ed intuitiva Aggiornamento: la vostra risposta mi fa capire che i messaggi al servizio clienti (che dice di essere sempre pronto ad aiutarci 24/7) non vengono neanche presi in considerazione perché ho fatto presente più volte questo problema ma non ho ricevuto neanche una risposta, quindi non prendiamoci in giro!
