App tệ , gọi cskh không giải quyết đc vấn đề cho khách hàng. Khách book villa , đã xác nhận ok rồi. Gần tới ngày nhận phòng chỗ nghỉ từ chối khách, gọi đt yêu cầu khách phải hủy với lý do ngày đó họ không phục vụ đc. Gọi cskh 3 lần cũng không giải quyết đc gì, giới thiệu cho khách chỗ có giá gấp đôi mà bảo là sẽ giới thiệu cho chỗ khác có giá tương đương. ... App và chỗ nghỉ đều không uy tín và không có trách nhiệm..khó để khách hàng trung thành với App. Riêng tôi và cả đại gđ tôi mất lòng tin .
