Ratings and reviews

I love that the website is pretty much guaranteed to always have the lowest prices and then it makes booking simple whenever you don't want to prepay or need free cancellation...but the paperless confirmation requiring the app for is so unnecessary because this app is so god awfully slow!! Even with full Wi-Fi signal it takes FOREVER signing in or searching. I've booked twice in the last month and did so only through the site on Chrome!!!

*BEWARE Flexible tickets* I'm torn writing this review because Booking has always been my go to for great prices and convenience. I bought a flexible ticket hoping to change my travel dates in the future. Yet they did not give me that option. I was told I had to wait 5 days prior to my flight. As a result I canceled my ticket for a refund and was unable to receive one. I think Booking is still a great app, but its very disappointing to see it not be transparent with its ticketing policies

Atrocious Customer Service! I have NEVER dealt with such incompetence. Do. Not. Use. This. App. My account was randomly disabled and I was not able to access the remainder of my trip. Customer service is elusive and horribly scripted, unfamiliar with the English language when convenient. That's if you get past their AI bots. I was finally given an international number to call, and they kept putting me on hold, resulting in $114.00 USD in charges and still no change to my account. Utter trash!
