Ratings and reviews

Straight forward pricing, easy to use layout, basic processing of information, no extra surprise fees, options to reserve and pay when checking in, or pay ahead of checking on. They will communicate and advocate for you to the hotel directly, in the event of a family emergency if you end up needing to cancel your reservation and you do not check-in. Your stay history is automatically saved as well.

The hotel is under renovation right now. The new room decor was nice except there was plastic over the windows so we couldn't see out or open them for fresh air. Also, the room was not stocked with all the usual amenities (water cups, travel items) and the phone did not work. Also, we noticed that the breakfast in the morning was not as good as in the past. Definitely alot less options. This was our 4th time staying there so we have past experiences to base it on. Staff was still very friendly!

Horrible app. Changed dates from what I searched. Had to book a last minute room which the agent said wasnt available, but it was. Then they canceled out the date they changed and didn't refund me any of my money. Going to be disputing this with my credit card. Definitely going to stick to booking directly through Capital One Travel or American Express.
