I booked a flight through this app, but the flight was cancelled. I requested a refund immediately, and it has now been more than four months without receiving my money back. I have sent multiple emails and tried contacting customer support several times, but I have not received any proper response. The customer care service has been unhelpful, and it has been extremely frustrating to deal with this issue. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the delay in processing.

No flight change update from the application. Got an email from the airline about flight cancellation and rescheduled the flight, but there No updates in the application. No email reply from the customer service. No response from live chats. Totally worst Application. Please book through the airline even if the price is higher.

this app became scam,, everytime i get stocked in hotel reservation , after you get you booking reference, email confirmation, amount deducted, you discover at the last minute, at the hotel desk that no reservation for you, and hotel is full!!! dont worry they will appologize and give you your money back !!, just manage to go take your flight and back home and arrange another vacation , bravo wego
