I used this app to book an excursion on jan 20th. on jan 19th my excursion was canceled because they changed their working hours. I asked for a refund. The company has not refunded me. And is now not responding to my messages. I raised the issue with the APP, and also have not gotten a response, besides the initial "we need to investigate". I am extremely disappointed about all this.

Hands down the easiest app to use when finding/booking things to do in the area you are in or visiting. Simply type in the search bar Location and then what you are looking for. They also have it broken down into categories to simplify your search without typing. I will never use another app. I have already booked 4 adventures through this app in Alaska and it was easy the entire time.

I noticed "International trans fees" with every purchase I made. (ranging from $9 to $12). We live in the United States, and did excursions within the USA. unclear as to why there's international fees... Other than that, the app is easy to use and reliable. Agree with a prior review of feeling "pressured to pay" with a countdown. That seems unnecessary.
