La informacion de lugares es precisa, rapida, confiable y segura, las fotos son puntuales para ayudar a decidir si se toma o no lo que Booking ofrece. Para mi lo más importante es que puedo CONFIAR en lo que publican, siempre habrá aspectos que mejorar pero hasta ahora siempre están mejorando. La infraestructura de las habitaciones ofrecidas es bastante parecida entre ellas porque siguen un standar de exigencia y calidad.

La aplicación es fácil de usar y permite comparar las opciones con diferentes filtros, además de verlas sobre el mapa. Hay descuentos y premios después de haber concluido cierto número de reservaciones. También, tiene varias opciones de pago, por lo que es muy útil.

El anfitrión pide pago a través de la app de Booking. Lo hago. Días después veo ese alojamiento para las mismas fechas disponible.Contacto con attt cliente y me dicen que el anfitrión no me puede alojar en esas fechas (menos mal que lo vi...) y que en un plazo de 14 días de reembolsarían(13/08) El 12/09 sin recibirlo, contacto con att cliente y me dicen que se lo reclame a mi banco!!! Sigo esperando el contracargo. Resumen: Booking cero responsabilidad en los pagos realizados a través de la app.
