Edit: To whoever responded, there's no way to access that link when you can't sign in -- Original: There's something wrong with the app. Yesterday it signed me out, and it wasn't until I uninstalled it and tried going through the browser that I was able to access my account. There's no way to call or email customer service without being able to sign in, which I couldn't do from the browser for a while either.

Great app, but they make it difficult for new crypto investors to even invest, and obtain crypto! Then, once you have purchased the crypto; you can't even withdraw the currency to the account or wallet of your choice. They restrict your account for a certain amount of time (long and drawn out process) for which they choose. Lots of potential here, but honestly they're not living up to the promises for which they described, which is why I chose this app! 🤔🤥

worst trading app in existence. will micro manage your money like they know how to manage your money better than you and then nothing will show accurate balances, it'll say one thing on one screen then you go into another and it'll show a completely different balance. will not allow any transfers out for I don't know how long and I haven't been able to transfer back to my bank in over the 3 months I've been using it with all deposits cleared. get it you'll see
