Ratings and reviews

Don't book with this site. I've had multiple stays cancelled last minute through this app. When I contact customer support, I really only get a "sorry this happened" response and no other help, leaving is scrambling to find another hotel and trying to find enough money to book another stay while we wait for the refund to come through. The company does nothing to help rectify the situation. Deleting this app.

This app is not user friendly. When chatting with Customer service, you can't see what you are typing, (the keyboard covers it up)so it is a challenge to make sure everything makes sense, then customer service stops the conversation after a minute. Also You click on things just guessing where it will take you. This is a very hard app to use.

I asked to change my booking date and was told there would be a small fee charged to my card. I asked 3 different times to make sure it was only the penalty charge, not a fee on top of an additional room charge, I was told yes, and told my total which I agreed to, (1 night +fee) never told there would be another charge. I was charged for a 2nd night and they refused to take it off even though I never agreed to that amount. deleting app. will not use again or recommend.
