Ratings and reviews

Terrible. Do not use this. I had a death in my immediate family and even though the hotel canceled the stay prior to stay 48 hours in advance and it's documented in their app, they are charging me the full amount. I've spent an hour plus calling and 10 plus emails back and forth. There's no humanity or customer service to be found. Save yourself 5 dollars and book direct. This has been a horrible experience.

like others have said using the app to book a hotel is easy until you need to make a change or cancel. save yourself the headache just book directly! I had to cancel a stay that was made in error immediately after it was booked, i immediately requested a cancellation and refund. it was days before the booking was but i didn't receive any response until after the dates of the stay had passed. of course they don't want to refund after the fact and now I'm stuck in customer service hell!!

Very disappointing experience. I booked a Marriott in Waco through the Booking app, but when I arrived, the hotel had no record of my reservation. Thankfully, the Marriott staff were great and helped me. Booking's customer service was the real disappointment. They refused to give me a full refund, and they wanted me to pay an extra $100 just to recover all of my money. I won't be using this app again..
