* Flashlight: Allows the Amazon app to turn on the flashlight. You can use the flashlight to find products with the camera feature even in low-light or dark conditions.

Ratings and reviews

I have loved amazon for years. Their services are getting more expensive with less value. Making me watch commercials for prime shows may losse them my service. The return policies have changed to less then reasonable. I now loose money on returns and I don't get my refunds as fast. The shipping is questionable on if it will arrive when it says it will arrive. It used to be convenient and fairly reliable. Returns where easy. Plus there was the bonus of streaming video. Not anymore.

i suppose it could be a compatibility issue with my device since it is an older one, but clickable assets such a some thumbnails, the heart shaped button to save to primary list, the link to "add to list," and view categories on store front pages appear too large, shrunken in some instances, or gone altogether. pages do take alot less time to load in app than on the website and fire tablet, so that's good. it would be nice if there were a "lite" version with a mInimalist UI for older devices.

I find the app to be satisfactory overall, but there are a couple of issues worth mentioning. Firstly, the shipping costs are often inaccurate when it comes to purchasing an item, which makes it difficult if you're on a budget. Secondly, there's an inconsistency with doorbell ringing upon delivery. Therefore it would be beneficial to display shipping fees upfront in the cart for clarity rather than hiding it.
