Ratings and reviews

Absolutely useless. The app is always throwing errors and behaving badly. For example, apparently failing to login, but then allowing me to see my account as if it had actually logged in after all. Or not allowing me to see my trip details because "surname doesn't match profile", whatever that means (account and emailed booking confirmation look correct). Negative UX.

Totally useless. This app is without doubt the winner of "Most useless and pointless app ever to get put on the app store" You can't book a car with them, you can't phone them. For a car hire company, Avis makes it truly difficult to hire a car. Update. Still hopeless. When I open the app it tells me I was due to hire a car in Croatia 2 years ago. I did. It was good. It's over. Get over it FFS guys fire your app team and start again

Sadly a poorly developed app, which I do not understand how it got through Quality Assurance. First I wasn't able to verify my license. a few months later that works, but the app strangely flickers alternating between my phone background and the app. Also, incomplete functionality - why doesn't a booking number once added get stored? it's silly.
