Ratings and reviews

The app is terrible. I had so many problems with it, failure to introduce the code, not showing when the money had been taken from the account, nor showing if the money had been reimbursed. Once I tried to order food online and payed with the card and I ended up having my order block because even though the payment had been confirmed from the app, they did not send the money... Terrible

I dont see a Language change option which is available on most of banking application. For a person other than French,it is almost unusable for any reason. Also the color scheme could have been better, blue screen with white texts are almost not clear at all on normal light conditions, something like white/black or white/blue etc would have given better visibility.

Terrible app, simple things like running balances, etc not there. It is below par when comparing to banking apps anywhere else in the world. Anyway, no choice, it's my bank... for the moment.
