Ratings and reviews

It won't remember the device, so you'll have to receive a text message almost every time to log in. There's a bunch of problems where sometimes it just won't let you log in or clock in or out sometimes, usually just in. I don't think there's been a full week where this app had no issues. I've used this for 2 different jobs, and had the same problems. These problems have been happening for at least 3-4 years with no fix.... This happens to all my coworkers, even my managers.

This is the biggest garbage app I've ever seen every time I go to use it. And it always tells me some stupid error message about having technical error come back later. Every single time. and then when you actually call somebody no one answers. How typical? And then it tells you to leave a message, but it tells you voicemail is full. So you can't even leave a message with nobody to call back paychecks in general doesn't really seem care if they help you or not. they just want there money

I hate this app so much! clocking in and out is so stressful. Sometimes the app won't load at all, it forgets your device constantly. by the time you can clock in it shows you late. one of my coworkers hasn't been able to use the app in months. A good old fashion time clock would be much better for clocking in and out. This app is ridiculous.
