Ratings and reviews

The worst app ever, compared to other bank apps, Paychex is a childish app, sends you random text messages every time you log in, if you use it to track the daily time, guess how annoying it is. Navigation is poor, hitting back will log you out, really? And you cannot navigate between days, instead you have to go back and forth. Whoever approved this app is not using it at all.

I work in a large building. When I arrive and try to punch in, the app tells me that I am not in my required location, which infuriates me! I then spend the next 10 minutes walking around the building, repeatedly trying to punch in until I find the sweet spot and it works. The problem is that the sweet spot in never in the same location. I literally HATE this app. It makes me look late for work, when I am NOT late.

this app is so unhelpful and frustrated I genuinely want to throw my phone. 1st. It never seems to remember my username and password even when I have the box clicked. Not to mention the fact that I then have to go in and then change my password because it's not working for it to give you the message you can't use your current password, (like I tried a half a dozen times before). 2nd. The navigation of the app is so awful. Comparing in app is almost impossible. More but out of characters.
