Misleading Club Membership BookMyShow misleads users into buying Club memberships and then denies access to the benefits. I paid for a membership that allows multiple discount redemptions but could use it only once. Now the app asks me to purchase the same membership again. Customer support and emails only give excuses and delays, despite a promised 3-day resolution. Even after charging high convenience fees, they fail to honor paid services. Very disappointing experience.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Poor Service I had a terrible experience with BookMyShow. My payment was successful, but the ticket booking got cancelled without any explanation. There was no clarity on why the order failed after the amount was deducted. When I tried to contact customer support for refund-related help, the chatbot was extremely poor and did not respond to the issue at all. This was my worst experience with BookMyShow. Very disappointing service.

BookMyShow is completely unreliable. App hangs during booking, payment gets deducted, and tickets don’t get confirmed. Customer support is useless and refunds take forever. What’s the point of charging “convenience fees” when nothing is convenient? Absolute waste of time and money.
