I used to love this app, but ever since a 2025 update, the app no longer works on my phone. It opens to a blank screen and hangs (the web version still works). I tried working with Customer Service but they gave up when they couldn't figure it out & ghosted me. Also, how is it possible that this app still doesn't allow you to change your home location? I tried to install in France, but then the app only appears in French, and can't verify a non-French phone number. Sad they can't figure it out.

This app makes my unplanned trips completely hassle-free! It’s incredibly reliable and easy to use. I highly recommend it to everyone who loves spontaneous travel! You can plan your trip in advance if rides are available on your preferred travel date. Typically, rides are posted a couple of days before the journey, as owners often finalize their plans at the last minute based on availability and demand/availability of co-passengers.

app and website is broken, can't add photo, cannot message driver either. click done on photo and it disappears, click send on message and it tells me there is something wrong. This occurs on both the website and app. very annoying as I have spent hours on this setting up and checking routes. now I have created a new account with different email and ID and it lets me add a profile photo but still I cannot message a driver, it won't send
