I just can't get customer support to give me any type of answer involving fraudulent transactions. It's been 2 weeks of emails back and forth of them sending the same email over and over. Now I can't even get replies in an email. Is there a number to call? When I click on the chat support it doesn't work. This is extremely important and time sensitive!!!

My experience with the app hasn't been in-depth (easy UI, no crashes), but this review is for their customer service. I ended up not being able to recall my password, and the two strings I wrote down also proved unhelpful in brute forcing it. I reached out to support, and they offered me a workaround that, while a little bit drawn out (for good reason), let me access my money. The service was always friendly, easy to reach, and willing to do everything they could to help me. A+ support team!

Trash. Can't use it App won't send verification email. Everything tells me to go to the app but I can even verify the app cause there's always an issue with sending the email. Utter trash. Let me at least use this on my browser. It's limiting the things I can't do on the web and saying I need to go to the app. I've tried several times and different days but it just won't send an email from the app. Everywhere else can send an email just not the app which is the most important. Unbelievable.
