Extremely disappointing experience. They are very responsive until you onboard, but after that, getting support is almost impossible. Even if you manage to reach someone, the response is usually, “This isn’t my department, I’ll escalate it,” with little to no follow-up. For busy professionals, constantly calling and following up is an unnecessary headache. A service meant to make work easier shouldn’t add more work. Trust me it's of no use, Don't fall for the pre marketing.

They follow-up only till you make the payment as soon as you do they don't even care to pick your phone. No revert or action of mails sent. I purchased their premium plan but even after multiple follow-ups for so long my ID is not activated. No one is responding for even a refund of my money. It is difficult to chase with this busy schedule. Never take their premium plan.

The recent update has several glitches ... The profile pages can't be opened or edited .... The user interface has gone from bad to worse ... please look into it .... try going into establishment and add doctors .. the page won't scroll or u can't add .... I mailed never got a reply back ... I could see all the support system is removed.... come on , where these days will u find a paid app with no call center or support ... isn't this mounting to deficiency of services ?
