This app never works. By far the most important part of the app is the box at the top of the home screen. But that box never loads. On my phone, it is always blank. I need that for setting up roaming. I previously had luck with uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, but that doesn't work anymore. Why can't we add roaming on your website? Why do you require that we use this app that doesn't work? Please fix your app! BTW, I don't want to call customer support...I just want the app to work!!!

This is a one of the worst apps I ever used. It can only display my bill amount but not the bill summary. Whenever I click on "View Bills" it will bring me to an error page. I tried uninstall and reinstall the apps but the same error still there. Even after spending hours contacting their customers service via this apps regarding the error they still can't solve it even though they said they "made some changes in my acc". Hope Singtel can find a way to solve this issue ASAP.

Singpass app doesn't even work with Singtel app when i clicked on the Singpass button. Try to login using OnePass with my mobile number but OTP is not sent! Subsequently I managed to login using OnePass via email. Click to view service agreement number but it doesn't open at all. Worse, unable to book appointment using the app as I kept getting error after login!!!!! Nothing seemed to work at all. Worst app ever!
