Great company but the worst APP I've ever used. Same problems as everybody else. Obviously don't have enough servers! It is hurting your business! I have to uninstall it cause I have no confidence in it anymore. I now only use the website which has had problems in the past but seems better especially with Paypal. Like not returning after payment. Leaving your cart full. I will still shop until this acts up again.

I love to order products from Vitacost, but this app needs a major overhaul on Android and iPhone. I always have problems when I try to order using the phone app. I have to go online on the computer to get everything right. this has been a problem for a long time. now it's time for a major overhaul of this app. I hope you can address this soon. I love ordering from the store but on Android and iPhone it's a problem. I just recently placed in order and it disappeared. I wasn't charged .

I love shopping at Vitacost, but the app is awful. I'm never able to open the app. It tells me I have been blocked. When I am able to access the store in the app, the search just spends and goes nowhere. It's frustrating to not be able to shop and put things in the cart when they come to mind. I sometimes forget stuff when I'm ready to order, and then I have to wait until the next time to build an order that is large enough so I don't have to pay for shipping. Please fix this if possible.
