Horrible sign up experience. After 50 tries of scanning my ID and putting my information it says "uh oh something went wrong" and goes back to the main screen where i have to try and scan my ID again, which does not work for another 20 tries. It doesn't even tell you what went wrong and keeps restarting and going back to where you have to scan again and again and again. Uninstalling forever. Bad AI Implementation.

The app is really easy to use and the facilities to transfer money is really great..The only issue I have is that I cannot change the amount for bill payments.. For example I registered my etisalat number to pay the bill but it doesn't give me the option to change the amount to be paid but it shows the full amount by default..would definitely give a 5 star if this feature is added.. Thanks

Severe lack of information and horribly slow customer service. As soon as you create the account, it accepts payments to your account. But nowhere does it mention that you'll need to verify your account to cashout. Also, they don't mention the restrictions on the transfers. Unnecessarily I got my money stuck here and no one responds here. Please be careful and do your full research before using.
