Very poor experience. My money was debited, but the transaction failed. I called customer care 3 times in a week and requested cancellation, yet my balance is still not credited back. The recipient also did not receive the money. I sent emails and Instagram messages, but there was no proper email reply or resolution. Extremely disappointing service. Please fix this issue urgently.

I'll give 0 if there's an option! This used to be a good app but assistance is very slow!!! I've been trying to send gcash but transaction failed after so many attempts! Customer service is not helpful they keep saying they are still checking on the issue and someone will call back, how long do I have to wait??? They don't know! When you send email they don't reply at all!!! now i want to withdraw my cash back but i'm only allowed to get in denominations of 100s!!!

I had a very bad experience with this app. Call their helpline. They deduct the entire balance and cannot talk to the customer care staff. There is no deactivation option or option to add or remove debit cards in the app. I have complained many times about this. I am not able to contact them and have also sent emails many times. No reply is being given from them.
