Useless app. Overheats the phone and provides no more user value than the website. Tickets purchased in the app aren't viewable in the app. The tickets are only available via email and then have to be scanned into the app.

Pretty useless. I expected to have times where my kids can meet characters to plan a bit the day. But I'm at the theme park and there's no information on the app

No problems experienced. Download and install - No problem. Setup permissions - No problem. Set login and access - No problem. Add payment card to wallet - No problem. Added all tickets to wallet - No problem. Viewed park map and wait times. All good there too. Will be sure to head to Jurassic World as soon as I arrive as that seems to have the longest waiting times daily. All in all, as long as the app works when I arrive on site, my family and I will be happy.
