بصراحه ، هذا اسوأ تطبيق رأيته فى حياتى ولو كان يوجد اقل من نجمه واحده لاعطيتها له ، بقالى ثلاثة ايام تقريبا ارسل لكم المستندات التى طلبتوها كما تريدون تماما ثم يرفض طلبى بسبب اعادة مطالبتى بتصويرها مرة اخرى بالرغم من تصويرى وتحميلى لها اكثر من مرة. بصراحه تعبتونى جدا وافضل التعامل مع تطبيق اخر وشكرا على هذه المعامله السيئه

للأسف تجربتي مع خدمة عملاء inDrive كانت سيئة جداً. حسابي تعرض للاختراق منذ أكثر من أسبوع، ورغم أنني تواصلت مراراً مع فريق الدعم، إلا أن مشكلتي مازالت بدون حل. كل مرة أتلقى ردود عامة ومتكررة بدون أي تدخل فعلي. المخترق مازال يدخل إلى حسابي ويستعمله باسمي، ومع ذلك لا يوجد استجابة جدية أو حل جذري. أطالب إدارة inDrive بتحسين خدمة الدعم الفني والتعامل مع مشاكل المستخدمين بسرعة واحترافية، لأن الأمن المعلوماتي للمستخدمين ليس شيئاً ثانوياً."

جميل جداً في اختيار الرحلات، لكن الأفضل يكون له خرائط مثل اوبر لأن الانتقال الى برنامج الخرائط بيضيع وقت ويتوهنا وخرائط خاصه بالابلكيشن مميزاتها متابعة الرحلة وإضافة ربح للسائق عند تغيير العميل الوجهة أو التوقف أو الانتظار وشكرا
