Genius app I was trying to apply a new credit card. But it stuck on the page after clicked the "Continue/Proceed" button every time. You dun know there is an error or not, or long responding time. It works so well when back to previous page. I keep retrying, remain no response. Later you can't even picking a card to apply and the screen keep rendering "loading...". Bad experience and time wasting. Better use online banking instead of this stupid app.

It locks in your mobile device with the system! In 2022, tried to activate the replaced credit card via this app, nothing or no option available in the app to do so! More rubbish!

The app was great to use but recent updates have made the experience worse. For example, screenshots are disabled which means there is no way to send proof of payment/transfer or record keeping; there should be an option in the settings with disclaimer that if screenshot is enabled, we acknowledge the risk. Secondly, the app will not launch after a period of time and will stick on the loading screen; you need to reboot the phone to be able to use the app.
