After freezing up and non-response from Google News app, I tried Feedly. Not user-friendly like Google News and Flipboard, a lot of going back and forth, double-checking to make sure it "took", etc... and only 3 categories in the free version wasn't even enough to really try out the app. I went to Flipboard and have been very happy. Flipboard is undoubtedly what you're looking for. Ease of use, unlimited categories, quick response (even on my stonge-age Mexican 25-40kbs - yes: KILOBYTES!

Steadily gotten worse. It doesn't pick up where you left off. I can be in the middle of reading an article but can't finish it, then I try to save it but the + button won't work, & the article won't show in my history. Using the 'seach" function is a JOKE! Oh, & God forbid you accidentally tap back too many times, you'll end up at the beginning, with no way of getting back w/o speed flipping though all of the old articles. That's not a new issue, but a major one at.

Warning: This application crashes regularly and my S22+ says to put it into deep sleep!! Odd thing is, no crash reporting to the vendor. May 21, 2024. With the latest update from Samsung and April security release, this app no longer loads or allows logins. Clearing cache no longer provides a bandaid to get updates. Even clearing the data cache does not work. Now just the proverbial spinning wheel and 'try again later'.
