It's getting better, but still difficult. to set it up, there's no wizard that guides you through it. Taking a different device to the printer confuses it, and connecting via cable doesn't automatically make it the prime connection. That should just work. I get it done in the end (mostly), but I have no clue why... 😵‍💫 So next time it happens all again

Like a bad joke. I can paint better than this app can print. Printer is OK, document is OK, result is thus horrible, that I assume, that the app adds a lot of wannabe filters to make stuff more "beautiful". This app delivers the most unprofessional printing results I saw in the last decades (maybe the Gameboy printer was more horrible). If you just want to print your data as it is in original color, sharpness and size, you're lost

Great printers overall and has so many features. Disappointing is that some cloud features no longer work but still has many other great features. The only 2 issues I came across was ink drying, I wish it had during standby a self maintainable clean feature instead relying on manual from user. The other issue is the scan feature, my printer has 2 weirdly scanner but it only allowed my to use one to make digital copy and the other only to print a copy. The digital scanner is fast but poor quality
