A lot is easy, but there's no way to cancel a print job, search feature doesn't answer if it can't be found. It's a serviceable little machine, but for some of it, being a 20 year IT veteran was necessary, mostly regarding how to coordinate between app and printer. Oh, it gets worse. Much, much worse. It suddenly announced that it had lost connection to the Wi-Fi for no apparent reason. All the help articles, given Epson doesn't care, refer to selections that don't exist. Great. Now what?

The app seems to struggle whenever I try to print out multiple documents. In some cases, it'll completely back out of the entire process without any confirmation. There's no real indication as to why this happens; I could either be attempting to rename the file itself or it fails to save. Sometimes the app will even lose a connection with the printer. I can refresh, and it'll reappear, sure, but when I'm in the middle of that, it can be incredibly cumbersome and thus unreliable.

Most horrible experience ever with a printer. I switched from HP and now I cannot do a thing. I want the control panel on my all in one desktop. Unable to load the smart print (even though it says compatible), unable to have any easy screen on my desktop that controls the printer. The instructions send me to 3 different pieces of software. Crazy. I am so frustrated I am going out shopping for a new printer. Avoid Epson at all costs.
