This app is NOT user friendly unless your printer is synced with it. mine was not! The manual directions are anything but clear and I am very technically savvy. (I am the tech person in my workplace every job I have.) This printer was way too hard to set up! That said, once I figured it out! Got it all set up, the app works well. But it definitely is NOT intuitive or user-friendly

The fact that you cannot operate the smart pnel form your windows computer is ridiculous. Why is it only Android or IOS based? As a business, I use my computer for most scanning, which is possible, but not controllable from my computer, except as a basic scan. No color change, size, ratio, or any other edit except crop. This loss of functionality is the only negative I have. The printing and set up were otherwise easy.

Doesn't provide any options and is not syncing well with my Epson 2803. It's worthless. I have to program all my settings on the printer panel itself and not the app. The panel screen is so small it's almost impossible to read. It definitely needs an app. I was really hoping this app would enable all settings options. Terrible Epson printer and terrible Epson app. Epson back in the day was always the best. Won't be buying another Epson ever again. What a disappointment, Epson!
