can not control size of print. original is nice small book page print. regardless HOW you trybto adjust settings comes out like the pages in a "large print version" of a book page which uses an exceptionally large amount of paper for a print job that should print all on 1 page with room left over & larger article that might use 2 full pages max, I won't even print once I see pages numbering in the 20s n 30s. Very disappointing. It wastes ink & paper and takes up too much room in my files.

The app seems to struggle whenever I try to print out multiple documents. In some cases, it'll completely back out of the entire process without any confirmation. There's no real indication as to why this happens; I could either be attempting to rename the file itself or it fails to save. Sometimes the app will even lose a connection with the printer. I can refresh, and it'll reappear, sure, but when I'm in the middle of that, it can be incredibly cumbersome and thus unreliable.

A lot is easy, but there's no way to cancel a print job, search feature doesn't answer if it can't be found. It's a serviceable little machine, but for some of it, being a 20 year IT veteran was necessary, mostly regarding how to coordinate between app and printer. Oh, it gets worse. Much, much worse. It suddenly announced that it had lost connection to the Wi-Fi for no apparent reason. All the help articles, given Epson doesn't care, refer to selections that don't exist. Great. Now what?
