Ratings and reviews

The app works but it's WAY slower on Android than it is on Apple. I tested on a few devices even my Pixel 9a and scanning documents was about 3-4 times slower than on my iPad. It's painful and there is no reason for it! I'm sick of apps and services working better on Apple products when there is no reason for it. The printer is doing the work, not the phone! They are on the same network and everything.

The app only connects to my printer about 10% of the time. My phone and printer are both connected to the Internet and in the same room with nothing, not even radio waves in between them, but they will not connect. The only solution I found is to reset my Internet router but I do not have the time to reset my router every time I need to print something. When the app actually detects my device, it works well.

Typical government product. Rigid flow, not intuitive or friendly to user. For example, a phone number is requested at the beginning of the label creation. Instead of telling me the phone number is the wrong format, it waits for the very end the I have to navigate to the beginning, input the correct format and then I have to input all the info again. Then I'm asked for the email of the receiver. It's required. what if the receiver does not have an email.
