The app crashes CONSTANTLY. If you try to use any action/activity in the app (scan, print, copy, etc) the app crashes. Over and over. Cache clearing, data clearing, phone reboots - nada. Incredibly frustrating to have bought a decent printer/scanner (ET-8550 - not cheap) with an app that obviously hasn't seen much love in years, even if it worked at all. So disappointing,.. especially since it's a good printer otherwise.

This app is NOT user friendly unless your printer is synced with it. mine was not! The manual directions are anything but clear and I am very technically savvy. (I am the tech person in my workplace every job I have.) This printer was way too hard to set up! That said, once I figured it out! Got it all set up, the app works well. But it definitely is NOT intuitive or user-friendly

Not very functional, but has a pretty interface. No way to choose to scale an image. App automatically fills the page, which is a huge waste of ink. No way to select portrait or landscape. I guess the app tries to guess, but it makes mistakes and images get cut off. The first few times I pressed the "Print Head Cleaning" button, it errored and said it couldn't find the printer, which is 6' behind me and just printed a screenshot. Then it finally worked. What in the world? 🤦‍♀️App needs fixed.
