Ratings and reviews

This app is a nightmare if you want to configure/manage more than one Echo. We have several Echo Dot in our house for different people...the problem with this app is, that you can't manage them separately (they are all linked to the same Amazon Account, but owned by different family members) - I mean like connect a unique Spotify account to one Echo or send a message to only one Echo. Furthermore you can't find an Echo which is connected to a different Amazon Account (of my wife).

This app is horrible but if you want to use the echo, there's no other option. I don't understand why when you search for radio stations on e.g. TuneIn on the app, they don't list what you are looking for. The app has open audio streams even though you told the echo to turn them off. It hangs up often. You can't delete the stations it has played from the app list of played stations which is especially annoying when it played a completely different station than you asked for!

Amazon have disabled the web app and left us without a choice but to use this app where it's not even possible to type the text. It's only possible to give voice commands that are extremely poorly recognized. I need a website or an app only because Echo has very poor speech recognition. And now there is no alternative left...
