Ratings and reviews

The app is quite okay. The functionality is really good. But(!!!) Instead of "fast" trading, bitpanda routinely takes two days to "manually confirm" a deposit made from a bank account, which completely destroys the usability of this app. For fast day trading, you need to always have money deposited in the wallet, which - in my opinion - completely defeats the purpose of quick trading. It is impossible to pick up a trend in crypto, as you will always be a few days late. Would not recommend.

Suddenly and for no reason my account was INACTIVATED! I sent several tickets to support, but no one answered! Customer service is zero! You can't do anything and you can't contact them to solve your problem. This is not the way a broker (if they want to be reliable) should act. Not recommended at all

Rubbish. made an account to change wallet from binance due to new eu law. this trash just straight blocked me after verification Lmao. no second chance to do verification, just made an account inactive. never had any problems with other applications. do not waste ur time. if I receive your useless copypast answer to this review = instantly 1star review from another account
